Paul Araujo

Paul provides operational support to a portfolio of Hallkeen Communities in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Washington, DC.  His career in senior living now spans over two decades in a variety of highly responsible management positions with Hallkeen and other respected senior living companies.

Paul has served as Executive Director at two of Hallkeen Communities, one in MA and also one in RI prior to being promoted to Senior Executive Director and now as Regional Director of Operations.  Since arriving at Hallkeen, he has been the recipient of the company’s True Leader, Top Performer Community, and Rookie of the Year awards. A proven leader, he is dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents every day and in every way.  He has a passion to motivate and lead teams of people in accomplishing goals and drive results.

Paul is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP®) and is a licensed RI Assisted Living Residence Administrator. Paul has also served on the RI Assisted Living Association Board of Directors.
