Maria Barbosa-Santos

Maria brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles in senior living and a reputation for fostering a vibrant, fun-loving culture. She joined Hallkeen in 2011 where she served as the Director of Community Relations at Susan Bailis Assisted Living and advanced to Executive Director, overseeing Brigham House Assisted Living Community in Watertown. She Left the company for a short time and was then promoted to Regional Sales Specialist, taking on additional responsibilities.

Maria’s career path and service to seniors was fueled early on by her upbringing with older adults and love for family. As a child, she learned that her elders had so much wisdom and so many wonderful and insightful stories to share. She is continually surprised at how simply taking the time to sit and chat with a resident can be so rewarding.
